I will preface this review by stating have owned only a few cars in my short millennial life thus far, but I most often use the dealership to service my vehicles. I have been here before and it was when I made an appointmentand a very different experience... I did not have an appointment this morning when I dropped off my vehicle...I wasn’t offered a shuttle to work thank god for Uber, I was assisted while standing in a hallway... seriously 😒! On my prior visit mr. Hines went through every single recommended service. This time the lady stated the price of the services with out even taking me through the options, as if I were going to have sticker shock! Bottom line set an appointment with D’Arcy Hines or walk in at your own risk! More

In and out, pleasant visiting on a Friday afternoon w/ my usual service advisor and her junior colleague, both of whom have fresh babies in their lives! Yeeeeaaahhh! NOTE: I did not rate Quality of Work because we're talking a light bulb here! I expect it'll still be ok in a week, in which case it was perfect! But I won't know that for a week, so don't take the lack of a rating as a negative. More
