Service Department - I brought my Mercedes’ Benz into this service department for the first time. I needed a schedule B service and was informed it would take up to four hours to complete. I received my this service department for the first time. I needed a schedule B service and was informed it would take up to four hours to complete. I received my car 6 hours later. I paid for the service and upon receiving the car the engine and ABS brake lights were still illuminated. The replacement air filters were still in the front seat and not installed. I had to leave the vehicle an extra day to address the unfinished issues. The next day call I called at noon and nothing had been done to my car. I finally received a call at 12:45 that a technician was addressing the outstanding issues. After waiting 3 hours I went to the dealership for an update to only find the service was still not complete. I was informed this would took more than a hour to complete. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a Mercedes’ service department. There was clearly dirt still on the car following their car wash. I cautioned anyone using this service department for future service. There was a lack of communication and customer service during this process. A complete waste of a second day waiting to address simple items from the first day. More

I went in to look for a car because my husband bought a Mercedes’ a few years ago here. I spoke with David Jones and gave him some basic information and told him I would bring my husband in to look around Mercedes’ a few years ago here. I spoke with David Jones and gave him some basic information and told him I would bring my husband in to look around maybe Wednesday. It’s Wednesday and he calling and emailing my husband when he said he wouldn’t and we will be going into Houston from now on to look and buy our vehicles. Very disappointed in his aggressive behavior!!! More

I went into this dealership and was interested in the GLE 350… I discussed pricing and packages with Rick. We went over the different prices between 3 GLE 350’s. I was there for a while as Rick and I were di 350… I discussed pricing and packages with Rick. We went over the different prices between 3 GLE 350’s. I was there for a while as Rick and I were discussing the differences between the three vehicles & pricing. I decided on the one I wanted, and the price was what the sticker said. I was good with that, and after giving Rick my information a deal was in the works. When I did not share what I wanted my note to be, or what my current note is, and the payoff of my current car, the “sales manager” Oliver Lacy wanted to talk to me. He said (very rude and annoyed) “how am I supposed to give you an amount on your trade in, if you won’t tell me the payoff” I then told him…” My current vehicle‘s payoff had nothing to do with what he was going to offer me as a trade-in, and to just tell me what he thought my car was worth.” I then walked away. Rick comes back to the table with a printed piece of paper with all the numbers…. Note: They added a $10,000 increase on the vehicle I was interested in and offered $20,000 for my car. (Very low) So now the GLE 350 that I was about to purchase just went UP TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Needless to say my mind was blown! I reached out to another dealership and they told me that this was illegal. Rick confirmed that this was true, and was not right. He also informed me that since Oliver Lacy had been at dealership things were not good. I asked him if he would pay $10,000 more on a vehicle than what the sticker showed, and he said absolutely not! My experience at this dealership was seriously the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I was there for several hours and felt like I was chasing my tail the whole time. I have never had a dealership up charge me on a vehicle and can’t believe they are getting away with this. It was unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional to hold a customer in a facility with the impression that they’re getting something they’re not. I would not recommend Mercedes of Beaumont to anyone! They are beyond unprofessional and dishonest! More
