Took over a week to evaluate the problem. It was only a dead battery. Going to charge me$400 to replace. I had to remind 3 people that it was under warranty. I’ve taken my car to MB of Beaumont for 8 years but this year was the worst! NOTHING was easy from getting in touch with my service rep to collecting invoice upon return of my vehicle. Latasha phoned on Wed year was the worst! NOTHING was easy from getting in touch with my service rep to collecting invoice upon return of my vehicle. Latasha phoned on Wednesday that I’d have to reschedule for a loaner that would be 2or 3 months. Thursday Russell, driver phoned that he was at my house to puck up my car!! I got numerous emails from Latasha and asuarez all saying different things. Crazy stuff fro MB of Beaumont. More
