Great experience. My car issues were solved quickly and in the first try. Customer service was also great. Good dealership to do business with would highly recommend them. in the first try. Customer service was also great. Good dealership to do business with would highly recommend them. More
I understand they are busy and short staffed, but not communicating updates to customers of what is delaying the service especially when the oil change is taking 3 hours going on 4 hours with no informat communicating updates to customers of what is delaying the service especially when the oil change is taking 3 hours going on 4 hours with no information is not acceptable! Communication goes a long way even if there are delays. Also, would be a good idea to look at the schedule a few days in advance to prepare. More
Service was ok, but customer service was not very good. Made appointment and arrive on time, still have to wait 10-15 minutes to check in. Do accept that many appointments if you can't handle it. When I booked the appointment the person on the phone was so nice! Then my service manager, Vadim was so friendly, knowledgeable and made sure my service experience was pleasant. so nice! I was disappointed the first time since when I got to the dealer they said they did not gave the loaner car that they had promised me. I had to leave abd return another day. So I am overall pleased with the service itself. The leak I had in the engine was covered by my warranty and they did all the fluid checks and brakes etc. full inspection and the reporting was specific and s I had in the engine was covered by my warranty and they did all the fluid checks and brakes etc. full inspection and the reporting was specific and substantial so I feel the work itself was very thorough. Let's talk about customer service. I'm coming from the Naito Parkway Mercedes dealership because our 10-year service rep (Chuck) left two years ago. He was by far, the single best Mercedes rep we have ever encountered and I never feel more justified in that statement than when I have to deal with any other Mercedes Rep. My feelings are always justified as there has yet to be a service rep that can fill his shoes. We actually became friends. We brought him Christmas gifts. I adored him and loved talking with him for the short amount of time we had to chat whenever I dropped off my car or picked it up. Chuck would actually pick my car up here in Vancouver....drive it into the shop on Naito and then drive it back to me here in Vancouver when it was done. Exemplary service. Ryan at the Beaverton location was fine. He got me an appointment time in a fairly short amount of time, he was polite, called me to explain the cost that I was looking at, and was able to secure me a loaner vehicle a couple days after I dropped off my car due to the length of time they were going to need to work on it. (I actually had to take time off work to drop it off and get my car which is never optimal). And when I picked up my car, he handed me the paperwork, told me politely where to sign, told me to have a nice day, and then pointed me to the spot outside where my car was going to be pulled up so I could go wait. By all accounts, Ryan was satisfactory. The job got done. These days, I guess that's all we can ask for. I believe the days of outstanding and exemplary customer service are behind us....at least for the foreseeable future. It's okay though.....as I mentioned to Ryan, I'm looking forward to the future of going completely electric. My affinity with Mercedes has dissipated for several reasons and it's time to move on. I can't wait to build and purchase my brand new dream Tesla! More
