I purchased my lease as certified and expected it would be detailed as though I was a new customer purchasing. Bret, the sales manager and the girl in finance were all fantastic! My only concerns are the fact that my 20 Honda Accord only came with one key and no owners manual, which I believe Bret will follow up wit fantastic! The actual buying process was relatively quick and painless. I purchased the platinum extended warranty, and I’m hoping this warranty works better than the Lithia warranty I had on my Passat. It’s not super clear where I should get my Honda serviced if I do need to in the future. The Warranty contract says a Lithia dealer, but the issue with my Passat and now my Honda, there isn’t a Lithia Honda dealership in the Portland area. I’d prefer my Honda to be serviced at the local Honda dealership, so I’d like to know the details of what to do once my factory warranty expires. Also, I purchased the unlimited oil changes and am expecting the Mercedes techs to be able to do (2 of those per year) as well as rotate tires. Thanks! More
I rarely write reviews, but am compelled due to the frustating experience. The administrative process is not in place and streamlined. From acceptance of offer to confirmation of shipping a car took 2.5 weeks.. a total 3.5week acceptance to receipt of vehicle. Car was delivered with no copies of app artwork signed and I had to follow up and ask for the copies. Proper process and basic transaction not typical of what I have experienced at other MB dealers I have purchased from. New or CPO. Norm the sales man tried his best and was nice- but the dealer’s process and protocol’s need revisiting and procedures in place for better overall customer experience. More
