First I want to say that Mejra in Finance was amazing and you are lucky to have her. The rest of my experience was horrible. I am just shocked that someone spends $127,000 on a vehicle and gets treated th you are lucky to have her. The rest of my experience was horrible. I am just shocked that someone spends $127,000 on a vehicle and gets treated this way. I have text chains with Tony if anyone would be interested in reviewing them. In short: First, my $127,000 vehicle showed up filthy on an open transport, which I was forced to pay $1000 COD. It was several days after purchase at first with no transport. I was at first told too bad i just have to wait until someone picks it up. I told Tony I just got the survey request, then all the sudden he jumped on it. Regarding the cost, I was first told there would be no cost. I was then told it would be $650. It ended up being $1000 and I can’t believe still it went on open transport. Second, there are dings and holes in the wrap coating of the front grill that we’re not disclosed. When I told Tony, he sent me a U tube do it yourself video or told me I should find a shop if I want it fixed. Third and most importantly, there is no second key! When I asked about it I was told “used cars don’t have to come with a second key!”. Just like that, in a text. A $127,000 purchase and you will not give me a second key??? Someone I know well that worked at Mercedes for 22 years tried to call on my behalf and speak with a Manager. He left 3 messages, none of which were returned. I’m also still unclear on my warranty. I was told the original $50k mile warranty still applies, but I can’t get a straight answer out of anyone, or even where to go in California. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever received. I have owned a Mercedes before and was treated great. More

When I mentioned it to Chris, he wanted to see it, which is fine. He told me that it was just wear and tear, but I told him I was told it would be fixed. I let them know when I scheduled the appointment as well. He said he would check on it. When I picked up the car, he let me know it was replaced, only because he had one in stock. I said thank you, hope that was okay. He said he was out labor and didn't sound very happy. I actually felt crappy when I left, instead of pleased to have the work done. I would have kept to myself, but you probably need this feedback. After paying $532.92, I probably wont be back. Not positive which Chris I worked with, since we were all wearing masks. I think Browarski but not positive. More

After calling the sales guy, salesmanager, general manager for a week and not getting a call back; l called the Oregon attorney generals offi office.
