Easy, respectful transaction I stopped by to take a look at some of the new C300s, as my current lease (from a different dealership) was expiring in a couple months. I had some eccentric requirements regarding colors and features, and they patiently took the time to show me their stock and pull something from their satellite lot. Negotiations were fair and relatively painless, and I ended up driving a new car home. Easy, quick process. Would recommend. More

The car kept getting delayed and in the end we got it almost a month late. Also, the side badges are missing from the car which dealer ship promised to order and put it on the car. When I got my device done and spend 2000 dollars. Ans they did not explain anything us what was done and didn't save my extra tires . I told them to save a list one then for the extra spair tires. My advisor was very nice. Came in for an oil change and a convertible top diagnosis (which I will have done somewhere else because the price went from $170 to $370).
