Jeff was great. He had fantastic customer service. Prompt with follow ups. He followed through. Shak was also very communicative and helpful. My tech at service not He had fantastic customer service. He made a very intentional effort to video the car being loaned to me multiple times very slow and methodically to the degree that it became degrading and left the impact that non verbally he was seeking to prove to me that there were no visible damages. But he made like two or three videos. So it was very excessive and over the top. Beyond that, he brought me a car that was in very poor condition. It smelled very badly and was extremely dirty. He gave me the keys and as an after thought asked if I wanted to wait so he could vacuum it. At that point I could not. I had to pick up my son from aftercare. I was very displeased especially after the exaggerated showing of the fact that the car had no visible damages through his multiple iterations of video and picture taking. I am not interested in another loaner from you all. The experience was poor. However, upon my returning of the car I had incredible service from Craig Livingstone. He heard my concerns, expressed sincere apologies, was very helpful in getting me back into my car that had returned from the detailer, and assured follow up to the concerns I expressed.
