Jonathan, you can't be serious... I've emailed you on Mon, Mar 13, 2:37 PM, Tue, Mar 14, 12:41 PM, Tue, Mar 21, 2:44 PM with no response. I've called you multiple times also and left multiple voice mails. Calls on 3/20/23 at 4:08pm, 3/15/23 at 3:54 pm, 3/14/23 at 12:37pm. My wife has called and left a message for you and she even tried reaching out on social media with no response. I've called Norman many times and he said he's talked with you, put documents on your desk, he's emailed you... and yet no response from you. My first email was Fri, Mar 10, 1:38 PM (day of receipt of car) to Norman about this issue and he said he sent the email on. I've emailed Daniel Morisato Thu, Mar 16, 3:10 PM. I even talked with Daniel on Tuesday 3/21 and he said you'd call me 3/21 or 3/22... its now 3/24 and I have not heard form you. I have all calls and photos of whats going on here. Things have been documented as they have been happening. Now today, I find out you didn't even do the plates right, so tomorrow I'll be driving around with an expired temporary tag. I've talked with the state and they said they've sent the documents back to the dealership to fill out correctly. Here's the items I've provided to you with photos, I provided them to Norman the day I received the car - this was 2 weeks ago and zero response from you. 1. Handle is not flush with the car and the door will not open - so only 3 doors work out of the 4 work. Doors should work on a car, this should have been checked before it left your location. 2. Rock chips on windshield - 2 of them. There's even a photo from the driver when he picked it up at your dealership. This should have been fixed so it did not get worse. 3. Yellow frame on screen . This should have been disclosed, I asked about the screen multiple times. 4. Paint Swirls - I'm not sure if the car was like that when you bought it or if this happened when it was final cleaned at the shop... but I sprayed water on the car and this is what I'm seeing. I was told this car would be detailed when it came to me - so these swirls should have been taken care of. I was also told there were no issues with the car, like none - nothing wrong with paint, tires, or anything like that. 5. Gouge back bumper 6. Inside door handle issues Any call within the last 2 weeks would have been nice from you but I've received nothing but issues.
