The purchase experience overall was very smooth, and should deserve 5 stars. I wanted to give three stars because when working with the financing department, I found there were a few more fees not initi should deserve 5 stars. I wanted to give three stars because when working with the financing department, I found there were a few more fees not initially shown on the agreement. The financial guy removed a few of them because they are apparently mistakes, but still charged one more fee. This is all okay, but when I said this was not right because we agreed to a contract without that fee, he basically said "we just charge this, or you don't have to buy this vehicle". I understand that fee may be added automatically by the system. But this attitude of "just suck up and pay, or we don't have to sell you the vehicle" sounds horrible. I decided to give one more star because I later worked with Jennifer Rodriguez. Her knowledge, talking to customers and showing respect and compassion, are all very impressive. She is also super reliable - she told me she'll get the task done the first thing next day and sent me a tracking #, and I indeed found the tracking # in my email the next morning. Thank you Jennifer ! Your skills of working with customers (esp difficult ones like me) should go along way. More
