I brought up the issue with the service advisor without resolution but an explanation that whoever I spoke to was incorrect. Maybe post your prices? More

Service agent was dismissive & rude. I asked instead to deal with the manager and was told he would arrive an hour later. And he implied that as all the complaints went to him, that would did not need to send in a complaint as I had already spoken to him. More
