Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue

This was our first experience with a Mercedes Benz dealership in purchasing a new vehicle. They are not high pressure sales. In fact, it was us reaching out to our salesperson to get updates of when i dealership in purchasing a new vehicle. They are not high pressure sales. In fact, it was us reaching out to our salesperson to get updates of when it would be possible to order our vehicle, to find out what the price of the vehicle with selected options was, and to request the status on the delivery. When we finally placed the order, I was surprised that we were not given a copy of the order details (indicating options selected). We finally received this information after the vehicle shipped. At that time we were informed that we would be working with a new sales representative. This came as no surprise as we felt that we were not being appropriately shepherded through the process of purchasing a luxury vehicle. The new sales rep has been very attentive and service oriented. That said, upon delivery, we discovered there were a few options that were not on our vehicle as we had thought we ordered. I suspect that this was probably the error on the previous person with whom we worked. The actual process of closing on the sales was pleasant. We are enjoying the vehicle very much and our new sales rep has been helpful to make up for our disappointment with the snaffus we experienced. The product is first rate, but the experience of getting it was not up to our expectation of the Mercedes Benz brand. More

I had an appointment to get my car serviced same day & they ran into some problems with vehicles before mine and had to keep my car overnight.
