I've been MB Bellevue's customer for the past 11 years with three different brands of Mercedes. The services there has been declining for the past few years. Many calls, emails, and text messages for cons with three different brands of Mercedes. The services there has been declining for the past few years. Many calls, emails, and text messages for consultation were never responded and I kept on hitting the wall. I was considering to get services elsewhere. Then I met Cameron Robinson, a new service advisor. He helped me with a critical damage assessment and was willing to take extra steps with all the details unlike many others I had to deal with in previous visits. I think he has the inherent customer-caring spirit that I haven't seen at MB Bellevue and I am so glad that he is my new service advisor! More

The staff was very welcoming when we first arrived and the building and seating areas were very nice. My salesperson had our car ready to go as soon as we arrived and was very prompt and courteous. I feel like I am duped as they sold me prepaid maintenance plan for higher price of 2200 instead of 1500. Buying experience was ok. I walked in with a check from my bank ready to buy. I was guaranteed I’d get a better rate from them. Hard to pass that up so I accepted. I got a better rate but not without extra hassle and time, I would almost rather have paid more to avoid all of it. In the end I’m not saving that much more. Recently took it in for my first service, took 2+ hrs for an oil change and they didn’t reset the system so my service lights are still on. I bought the service package to ensure great service for my recent car purchase but it’s been mediocre service throughout the whole process. I expected more buying from a Mercedes Benz dealership, but maybe they treat me different because I bought a used vehicle that’s not a Benz? The best honest service I got from there was with the lady that took the car out on a test drive with. She was honest but gave great tips and listen to what I was looking for in a car. More
