Dealership is trying SO hard but they are very challenged with the lack of having enough service techs (and then computer woes!) Our service liason Jacob was so helpful and very communicative ... but the w with the lack of having enough service techs (and then computer woes!) Our service liason Jacob was so helpful and very communicative ... but the work on the car took nearly two weeks (trying to figure out what was wrong with our year-old car!) There was also yet another recall on the car. We love our MB GLE 350 but we are honestly very frustrated with the number of issues we've had with the car in such a short time period. More
