I was helped by Chris at the Service front desk to schedule an appointment who was very nice and helpful. Roman the service advisor was also helpful and helped find more info on my car than I expected schedule an appointment who was very nice and helpful. Service group at dealership is first rate. Our service advisor, Wayne Thiessen, is always helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to giving us top notch service. He has gone out of his way on Our service advisor, Wayne Thiessen, is always helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to giving us top notch service. He has gone out of his way on several occasions to make sure that our service is thorough. We originally were working with another Mercedes dealership in the Portland area (where we leased our vehicle) to help us with our air conditioning system, which has been failing about every 4-6 months due to repeated leaks in the system lines. This problem has continued since we moved to the Seattle area. Wayne has made every effort to resolve this situation -- he has isolated the problem, and repaired it, and we are hopeful that the A/C system failures are now fully behind us. In any event, we are extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness that we have received at Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. More
