Our Service Advisor (S. O.) is very good to work with; courteous, communicates well, coordinates completion and pick up times. This dealer’s Service Department appears to be overbooked and overworked for the personnel count. On my last service appointment customers attempting to leave their vehicles were backed up for as much as 30 minutes. The work performed was done per the service plan and the vehicle ready for pick up at the projected time. More
