After getting the transaction ok’d with our financial institution we were able to finalize the purchase. When we finished signing that was when my husband noticed that they had run our credit. They baited us, profiled us and made us feel inferior. They decided that because we didn’t have “perfect” credit they wouldn’t accept a personal check. That’s fine but they never gave us the option. They decided to humiliate us and not make us feel worthy. COVID has been hard on everyone but why would we go in there to buy without the money? The debit card when through, there was no need for all of the deception. We could have just gotten approval for the debit transaction upfront. We didn’t want to finance, we just wanted to buy a car. I can’t believe that this dealership can hold such a high standard if you don’t look like who they want to sale to. A black disabled woman and a scruffy truck driver, human, hardworking Americans. All money does not spend the same. Despicable. More
This is the best car purchase experience we have ever had! We worked with an amazing sales team. Our first purchase with this dealership was in March 2021 and we ended up going back February 2022 to pu had! We worked with an amazing sales team. I purchased a used car from Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue. I was a little hesitant to buy a car by myself, a single woman. Nick the salesperson was amazing. Therefore I never felt like I was being railroaded or buying something less than I was aware of. I will definitely recommend ito everyone that if they have what you need, you could never ask for a better car buying experience. More
The experience itself was ok. I know there is severe shortage of cars and dealers are selling cars with 5k above MSRP. I made non-refundable deposit of 2.5k to reserve the car and applied for loan. But in the meantime they put a lot of pressure on me to get the car within 2 days of it arriving at the dealership or lose it. They wanted me to go with their financing which was about 3% where as I was getting it for 1.5% from outside. I felt that there was lack of trust that I will buy the car despite me making 2.5k non refundable deposit. Other than this the process was smooth. Both Nick and Jacob were friendly and good to work with. More

There was no car available at the rental facility next day, so I was left with no car for nearly 5 days but was compensated later. More
