Tim Hernandez misled me about sending estimates to my insurer, which delayed everything. The insurer rejected the padded repairs of $1,500 for Transmission Mounts and another $1,500 to check compression and chamber misfiring. Traveler’s angrily dumped the whole thing on my lap. I had them do the belts. They replaced the two $24 belts, but when I came to pick it up, the car wouldn’t even turn over. On 10 1 25, I had it towed to another mechanic who confirmed the the next day that engine was frozen solid. Their own invoice stated (in their own words) “ATTACHED. 12V. POWER SOURCE AND TURNED VEHICLE ON” when they first received it. After 7 weeks in their custody, they deny any responsibility for the seized engine. This egregious delay and their snub of my loaner request cost me $2,000 for an interim replacement car. The dealership left me with more damage, more costs, and no accountability. This is not the service anyone expects from a luxury brand. Incidentally, you should be aware of this caveat regarding the General Manager Sam Yadegari's reply to bad reviews. Though he seems charming, sincere, and contrite, I've found it's not the case. He suggested I call him about my complaint to resolve it. For ten minutes, he was nice, but then became evasive, claiming an urgent call and promising a callback. Of course he never did. More
Probably the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Broke my car on an oil change. Kept the car for 6 weeks. Told me it would be an additional 4 to 5 months because a part was back ordered. Had my coa Broke my car on an oil change. Kept the car for 6 weeks. Told me it would be an additional 4 to 5 months because a part was back ordered. Had my coach builder send them the part off a in stock sprinter. Returned car absolutely filthy, meringue music blasting in the back. I asked the lot manager why they didn’t wash it? He said they don’t wash sprinters. Ok, if you keep a car for 6 weeks, with bird poop on the hood, maybe go outside the box and wash it? So I wash it myself, bird poop damaged the paint, and I found 3 dings on the passenger side of the vehicle! What else you say, I find a tube hanging from the front bumper. I tell the service advisor and he says, “my tech didn’t touch the front bumper”. Ok genius, maybe the tube fell off somewhere in the engine and got caught in the front bumper? Anyway, I’ve already opened a case with Mercedes UsA. If they don’t rectify this situation, I’m going to hire an attorney. More

My advisor was Steve Mendoza who went the extra mile to explain the process and what my vehicle needed. My whole experience here could not have been better. explain the process and what my vehicle needed. My whole experience here could not have been better. More
