My service advisor Harry A. is terrific. However, the actual service provided by the physical service department was the single worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealershi is terrific. The short version is that so far I have had to make 6 trips to Mercedes Beverly Hills and they still haven’t gotten it right. They keep putting the wrong tires on my car. Stunning, isn’t it? They can’t put the right tires on a car. If they can’t get that right, I’m truly worried about any technical work they do. I have to return the car tomorrow for another attempt to put the right tires on. This is a total waste of time. And a deeply disturbing experience. More
