Kai DaSilva (spelling?) meets you with a smile and lets the Advisor know right away. The Service Advisor Christian met me promptly at the car. I didn’t even have to get out of the car. Or go looking for where they may be. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns . And quickly sent the car on for the battery replacement work. Christian is a true hardworking professional in every manner. Doesn’t waste any time from what I’ve noticed. Great Representative of Mercedes Service Beverly Hills! While waiting for your car Service do try out the Cafe Route 650 in the Lounge. The team and food quality are consistently amazing! The ‘Breakfast Sandwich’ is my fav. The Wait time for my car was within the time range mentioned by Christian. He found me in the Cafe when car was almost ready and took care of the paperwork. And promptly walked me to my car once it was brought out after the Courtesy Wash. They do a great job with the vacuum & wash every time! A copy of the Report was automatically emailed to me, promptly right when the car was ready. I didn’t have to ask for it or email later or anything as I have to sometimes. This was a truly refreshing experience. No waiting around unnecessarily or having to check on car or reports etc. Thank you Christian Chandler & Daniel Gonzalez & Team for an excellent experience.
