This dealership operates in a chaotic way and all of the service people seem to be chasing their own tail. I was assigned to one service person who went to great effort to show he would take ownership of my service people seem to be chasing their own tail. I received my car in March of 2025. They still have not corrected my wrong contract, which shows wrong miles per year (the contract was corrected 3 times and it is still wrong!). After 20+ years and over 20 cars from this dealership, the new GM, Sam Yadegari, has destroyed the relationship. I was severely overcharged for a service package. When I challenged it, the GM confirmed in writing that I would be refunded. After I followed his instructions, he went completely silent and ignored multiple follow-up emails. This isn’t a simple mistake — it’s a broken promise from dealership leadership. My family currently has four Mercedes from this store, yet the GM showed zero regard for loyalty or professionalism. For two decades this dealership delivered excellent service under prior management. Now, under the current GM, integrity has collapsed. If this is how they treat their longest-standing clients, imagine how they’ll treat you. Avoid Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills. More
