Nice people, customer-centric From the time I made the appointment to when I picked up my Smartcar, the entire process was pleasant. Zoran was our service advisor and he was nice a From the time I made the appointment to when I picked up my Smartcar, the entire process was pleasant. Zoran was our service advisor and he was nice and funny. We came in for 40k service but we had a few things already done by another shop so we told Zoran what we needed done and he made sure that we only got charged for the actual service they performed out of the 40k mile service checklist. I highly recommend this place. Our Smart was in and out in 3 hours on a Saturday and they even picked us up from our house when they were done! I would come here again. More

Went the extra mile! I had my 2002 there for 3 weeks meanwhile I had a beautiful loaner mine was a very odd problem with a sensor but they finally located it and fixed it I had my 2002 there for 3 weeks meanwhile I had a beautiful loaner mine was a very odd problem with a sensor but they finally located it and fixed it - they kept it until they found the problem and the even took it for a long ride that I Ok'd to make sure it was ok . So I bought a new GLK while my 2002 was in the Shop so my daughter will get the ML !They were terrific ! More
