After the service is done they charge you for washing your car and really do a terrible job. I had to take my car to be washed twice and twice they didn't wash it right. In fact the inside of the car had the same trash in it that when I brought it back to rewash it was still in the same place untouched. After the first wash I had multiple scratches and I had to bring it to them for removal and still came out with more scratches. Terrible place for service. The service agent was really trying however but you can tell that service department is not run well. I will not recommend service there. More

Of note, Steven Jay Marcotte went out of his way to ensure our every need was met without high-pressure sales tactics. We felt our concerns were patiently considered and respected while our priorities were made his as well.
