Best Car Buying Experience My wife and I were in the market to replace her car (she had recently turned in a lease). We had our eye on a Mercedes GLC. We made an appointment with Cramer at Mercedes in Irondale. From start to finish he was professional, honest, and helpful in every way he should have been - not to mention an all around nice guy with a good sense of humor. We have purchased several cars and this experience was the best by far. We had test driven 4 other vehicles (different brands) at other dealerships and they lost our business by being too pushy and going after the sale and not providing us with information to make the best decision for our situation. However awful the other dealerships were, Cramer and the team at Mercedes Birmingham (from sales, to finance, to service) were the exact opposite. After a long day, we ended up leaving with two cars (a GLC for my wife and a GLE for me). We couldn't be happier in our new vehicles and the service we were provided with. These are our first Mercedes and I believe we will be lifelong Mercedes drivers. More

Terrible experience I understand these are challenging times, but the overall experience was really bad. I reached out to them on a Friday and Gena responded a short time later. When I had asked a few additional questions she said she would get me a video walk around of the car. She was going to attempt to do this Friday evening. This didn't happen because she said the showroom was very busy. Saturday comes and again I reach out about the video. She again says the showroom is very busy but "don't worry, I haven't forgot about you". Saturday then passes and again no video. Sunday, same thing, same story, no video. I then get a text Monday morning where she say unfortunately the manager made the decision to send the car back to auction!! Not only did they lose a sale, but they lost a customer for life. More
