My second purchase in two weeks. Yesterday, I purchased a CPO E350 from MBBHM Irondale. Two weeks prior, I purchased an ML350 for my wife from the Hoover location. As I told Joel Garcia, the General Manager, he has earned a customer for life. These are the first two Mercedes that I have ever owned, and I bought them both to protect my family. These are the most solid, safe, and luxurious cars on the market. Having bought my first car at the Hoover location, I was totally blown away by the facilities at Irondale. Everything is top notch and I have always been greeted by several employees each time I have visited. I worked with Jessica Brooks, Joel Garcia, and Cy Cyphers. The level of expertise, friendliness, and the amount of work that was put into my deal was amazing. Jessica is not only a real asset to the Mercedes team in Birmingham, but is just a great person all around. She really knows her stuff and is good at what she does. I would eagerly send my family and any friends to purchase a car from Jessica. Joel does a great job leading the team and making sure that each customer is provided with an excellent experience. I will also say that Cy in F&I provided the most organized and clearly explained car purchase that I have ever had. Great all around!! More

They even addressed a few items that happened after I took delivery of the vehicle and they had no obligation to whatsoever. That is stellar customer service that will guarantee repeat business. I had never considered a Mercedes in the past and after shopping several competitors and having poor experiences, the difference here was night and day. I would refer my friends and family to this dealership. It is great to have them here in town and not have to travel to Atlanta for a good selection and service. More
