Outstanding Service from Patrick I was visiting a friend in Birmingham for the weekend and had just decided I was about ready to buy a new car. My friend brought me to Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham. I did not intend to buy a car or even test drive one. Patrick put me and my friends at ease as we discussed some of the models. He was low-key but very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the process which seemed to lead naturally to a test drive, a discussion of a potential sale and then a contract. I never felt pressured to buy and was at ease during the process. I would have left the moment I felt like I was being pushed to do so something I didn't want to do. Everyone I met Cy, Edwin and a couple of others were professional and accommodating. All prior experiences of buying a care were anxiety producing at best and unpleasant at worst. Patrick made the process a fun one, including presenting the car with a bow on it when we picked it up. Thanks Patrick. Love the car. More

Very poor customer service and unprofessional manager I bought a brand new 2017 Mercedes 300 GLC coupe from Mercedes benz in Birmingham and Nick Underwood was the manager that I dealt with . He was a very rude person and unprofessional and when I noticed a scratch on the dashboard of the car he was not helpful in trying to solve the problem . Very poor customer service by Nick Underwood . I am still waiting for them to give me a date to fix the scratch under warranty and I have had the car for a week today . I should have went to another Mercedes dealership . More
