I found the model I had been searching for listed on Autotrader and immediately emailed the What a great first-time experience purchasing a Mercedes! I found the model I had been searching for listed on Autotrader and immediately emailed the dealership for more info. I received a response from Ghali within an hour and made plans to test drive the car that evening. Even though we were possibly the only customers left in the building (it was an hour til closing time), we never felt rushed. Ghali took his time with us and did a great job making sure we were comfortable before committing to the purchase. When we returned a few days later to finish up the paperwork and pick up the car, we were genuinely welcomed and helped. Every associate we encountered was friendly- the customer service here is top notch. We felt the sense of pride behind what these people do; quality can be seen not only in the products sold, but in the process in which the products are sold.
