Prior to our appointment, Djiby intentionally listened to what my mother was looking for, and he had emailed her over many car options to review which was super helpful, so on the day of our appointment we knew exactly what we wanted to look at! From the moment we arrived at our appointment, Djiby greeted us with such kindness and was so patient showing us the cars within my mom’s budget and he beyond delivered! It was the most flawless and easy car buying experience I’ve ever had! What I loved most was the intentionally Djiby took to show my mom, (who is 68 years old) how to work all the super cool features of the car! He treated us like we were the only customers there.. he was simply the best and he is such an asset to this team!
