I am from Indiana and was visiting the area for few weeks and needed service for my AMG and came to this dealer ship. I was helped with my appointment and although the wrong part was ordered NICK D** let me and needed service for my AMG and came to this dealer ship. I thank Nick and his Rock Star team. On a side note, compared to my Benz dealer in Indiana the service waiting area Needs a snake and soft drink despising machine instead of none, and a better coffee machine. the area did not have power outlets to charge my laptop and phone while waiting. When something goes wrong buying used car it’s good to know staff and Managers stand behind the sales. We purchased a used Mercedes Benz to find out an issue with it after sale but the Manager Deb went ou know staff and Managers stand behind the sales. After 50 days of delays and incomplete repairs, my car was sent back without resolution. Despite paying in full, I was told the car was fixed and the key would not be released until I signed the final bil was sent back without resolution. Actually, it was even better than the car I picked up from them 3 years ago - this time there was a hug this dealer and it was an awesome experience.
