I’ve been a longtime customer with this dealership and bought multiple vehicles from them with no issues but the current management team has changed that. I had ordered a G63 been waiting roughly a year bought multiple vehicles from them with no issues but the current management team has changed that. I had ordered a G63 been waiting roughly a year and half for. I spec’d it, tracked its process and eagerly awaited its arrival all at the agreeded upon msrp sale price. Upon arrival I provided my current vehicle information for trade in (2025 G63 3k miles) The dealership and I couldnt agree on trade in value as their offer was 7k-10k lower then my other offers. So I said okay I’ll just purchase my new 2026 and keep my other, that’s when I was told if I did not accept their offer for my trade in I’d be forced to pay $25k over msrp if I was buying it or they have a long list of customers waiting to purchase this car due to the high in demand spec (white night package W/red interior) I know how nice it cause I spec’d the thing. It’s super frustrating that as a longtime customer or new customer this dealership does this sort of shady business tactics I’ve reached out to Mercedes Benz corporate office as well over the matter More
