My service advisor, Linda De La Cruz is very knowledgeable about the Mercedes cars. She schedules my vehicle to accommodate my schedule. I have my GLE 350 serviced here because I live close by. I don’t mind paying the money to get high quality service. On the other hand, I do mind when I pay for high quality service and I do not get treated I don’t mind paying the money to get high quality service. On the other hand, I do mind when I pay for high quality service and I do not get treated with high quality service. The day before my service, the dealership said they will provide transportation to and from the dealership. When I asked about it, my advisor said the computer is down at that time. I’m paying $2,000 to replace my brakes and another $2,000 for fluids and I have to beg for a ride home 10 minutes away. Go somewhere else. I know I will. More
