The first time I went to Mercedes of Boerne was with an slk350 that wasn’t purchased at the dealership. The service department was the very best at how they made you feel. Linda was not helpful with helping me figure out an issue with Calliber Collision Luxury. It felt like her friendship with the team there was more important to her than helping her customer. It was not until with Calliber Collision Luxury. It felt like her friendship with the team there was more important to her than helping her customer. It was not until Nichole, her supervisor, stepped in that I was able to get somewhere. Please ask Linda how she can tell if wood is “new.” My vehicle was stolen and not properly inspected by Calliber Collision Luxury but she jumped to conclusions and their defense instead of using proof like photos as Nichole suggested. I am still dealing with this issue and hope that Mercedes will honor the warrant and recalibrate a censor if Calliber collision luxury in fact paid you all to do so. More
