Frustrated responded

It’s been 12 days since this note. I have heard from no one, other than a críptic note from Kevin Boles, ‘thanking’ me for making him aware of the problem, & stating that he would look into it & get back to me. Other problems have surfaced since the service, such as the MB Bluetooth ‘picking up’ on calls, but apparently ‘resting’ between the ear Bluetooth & that of the vehicle. As a result, calls are totally muffled & one is unable to decipher anything; if I pull aside & manually change the Bluetooth to the personal one, in my ear, then I can hear the call. Each day is a surprise after my cars have been in for service at Mercedes Benz of Boerne. Please advise if you have made any progress in your investigation. Thank you!
