This is the third Mercedes I've bought from Frank and MBBS. What can I say? Frank is a stellar human being. I cannot thank Frank DeLuca from Mercedes of Bonita Springs enough for all that he’s done to help save & guide me in my next steps to take due to the unfortunate situation I am stuck in after buying a Springs enough for all that he’s done to help save & guide me in my next steps to take due to the unfortunate situation I am stuck in after buying a BMW from Honda Ft Myers dealership May 31st of this year. I just met Frank within the last month through his daughter and knew right away he had great connections in the Naples/Bonita Springs area and would be willing to do anything to help me in my situation. Fast forward to only a few weeks later, I picked up the phone while driving with a nearly flat tire on my way to bring my BMW to the dealership after hours and Frank told me everything I needed to do and who to ask for, etc. Frank then connected with the BMW Service Manager before 8AM the next day and called me immediately after their call to let me know my car was being taken care of and next steps how to go about getting through the unfortunate position I am stuck in after just buying my car from Honda. As a young woman, I was misled and taken advantage of by Honda. Frank uncovered an enormous amount of “add ins” & discrepancies in my car purchase (for example, they convinced me to add on extended warranty & maintenance service agreements but my car has another 15K miles / two years until that is needed, also experiencing brake issues, tire issues, etc.) Frank has gone to such extremes (picked up donuts and brought them to BMW in person to discuss my situation with their service manager) to help me. Not only did he help me two days in a row - Frank has NOT written me off now that I have my car back. He has connected me with a local car shop to get another quote on the brakes I need replaced and guidance on where to purchase my next 3 tires and asked me to reach out to him before I do so to ensure I go about this the right way. Frank is definitely a car guy and undoubtedly a people person who genuinely looks out for our best interest. You know exactly what you’re dealing with when speaking to him and if anything is unclear he really breaks it down for you until you have a full understanding. I highly recommend you connect with Frank for ANY questions or future Mercedes inquiries. He is THE MAN! And I am forever grateful!!! More
