I was out of town in Denver and I reached out to Frank to find out about getting a key mailed out to me cause I lost my key. Frank notified me that I couldn’t get a replacement key. We traveled from Georgia to Naples, Florida, after searching for a specific style of Mercedes Sprinter for quite some time. We were thrilled to finally find exactly what we had been looking for. We arrived at the dealership just before closing on Saturday evening. Even though it was pouring rain, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They brought the Sprinter into a covered area so we could inspect it comfortably, despite the weather. We returned Monday morning—the same day we had to head back to Georgia. We explained to our salesperson, Frank Deluca, that we were on a very tight schedule and hoped to complete the purchase before beginning our drive home. Frank immediately got to work. He hustled to move the process along, handled everything on the sales side efficiently, and kept everything organized despite the time crunch. Once the sales paperwork was complete, Frank handed everything over to Ernesto Miranda to finalize the financing. Ernesto was just as exceptional. He worked quickly and efficiently to complete all of the financial paperwork while making sure everything was explained clearly and accurately.
