We came to Florida on vacation from Indiana and decided to look for a used vehicle for my daughter. After 2 full days of driving to multiple dealerships in South Florida, and I mean multiple, we arrived a to look for a used vehicle for my daughter. Tom listened when I told him what we wanted and what my budget was, and then quickly cut right to the chase locating a handful of vehicles that fit our criteria. Within minutes, we had identified a GLC 300 Coupe that was super clean and we were off on a test drive. Tom did a great job of letting my daughter fall in love with the car and dad in love with the safety and certified pre-owned benefits. I appreciated the no-nonsense approach of the dealership all the way through. Armando in finance was great and did not pressure us - explained extended warranties really well and the process was super quick. My advice: Save yourself the time and hassle of dealership hopping - just go see Tom Dougherty at Mercedes Benze of Bonita - you will be glad you did. More
