I am happy with my car but not happy with my interest rate. We informed Greg our membership with Suncoast and expected them to finance the car through Suncost. Unfortunately the interest rates that were rate. We informed Greg our membership with Suncoast and expected them to finance the car through Suncost. Unfortunately the interest rates that were quoted and financed through an unknown bank was 3.99%. On further inquiry with Suncoast Bank we were quoted an interest rate of 2.75%. Why did not the finance department pursue the financing from Suncoast that Greg and we discussed during the transaction.. This forces us to refinance the car through the Suncoast Bank wasting out time and money. In all honesty we would be remiss in dealing with your dealership in the future. More
