Super experience at Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs. Our salesperson Renee was amazing. She is extremely professional and customer oriented. With Renee's guidance we purchased a certified pre-owned veh salesperson Renee was amazing. She is extremely professional and customer oriented. With Renee's guidance we purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle. It was spotless, had low mileage and only one prior owner. It appeared to be in perfect condition. Upon arrival at our home we discovered that one of the features on the vehicle was not working. Renee and the entire service department were all over this from the moment it was mentioned. It turned out that this issue had never been experienced before by anyone in the dealership. To resolve the problem the main office in Europe was involved. Although it wasn't a perfect experience, the teamwork and drive by all of the employees involved was fantastic and they did it for us. During each step taken to address the issue, we were kept informed either by text or a phone call. I would not hesitate a moment in going back to this dealership and would look forward to working on the purchase of another vehicle with Renee in the future. More
