For coming into Bonita Naples Mercedes Benz Dealership for the first time, I was impressed with the level of professionalism that began the minute I walked in the door. Saturday morning I inquired over the internet about a GLA 250 that was in their inventory. Within minutes Ken Lucas responded with the additional information I asked for. I took the 45 minute drive to see the car and to meet Ken. He had good reviews, so I was curious to meet him. Between the car having about everything I wanted, Ken not being a pushy guy - rather very calm and helpful, and seeing how impressive the showroom and garage area was, it put me at ease to trust and move forward. By afternoon time after working with Ken, Willie and Harry I was hooked up with my first Mercedes Benz ever. Willie's roll was giving me a tutorial on how all my new electronic features worked. Harry's role was getting all my financing squared away.
