I worked with Frank Deluca to trade my leased C300 Coupe for a new GLA. Frank listened to my needs, which were a little tricky, said, "Let me see what I can do," and got it done. Quickly! Thanks also to Armando in finance, who is such a patient gentleman, I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours! My family and I love the GLA. We needed something with a better backseat, but I wanted something that was as fun to drive as the C300C. The GLA delivers comfortable fun in spades. PRO TIP: DO NOT ignore the mini-museum in the lounge. It is a fantastic journey through the history of Daimler-Benz and a must-see for any Mercedes fanatics like myself. More

For coming into Bonita Naples Mercedes Benz Dealership for the first time, I was impressed with the level of professionalism that began the minute I walked in the door. Saturday morning I inquired over t for the first time, I was impressed with the level of professionalism that began the minute I walked in the door. Saturday morning I inquired over the internet about a GLA 250 that was in their inventory. Within minutes Ken Lucas responded with the additional information I asked for. I took the 45 minute drive to see the car and to meet Ken. He had good reviews, so I was curious to meet him. Between the car having about everything I wanted, Ken not being a pushy guy - rather very calm and helpful, and seeing how impressive the showroom and garage area was, it put me at ease to trust and move forward. By afternoon time after working with Ken, Willie and Harry I was hooked up with my first Mercedes Benz ever. Willie's roll was giving me a tutorial on how all my new electronic features worked. Harry's role was getting all my financing squared away. Now that I have made the effort to complement Ken and his Team, which is much deserved - I hope any time I may reach back out to them, that this level of respect and satisfaction continues So far I like the experience of stepping up to a higher level of car and dealership More
