Ken was kind enough to fit me in on his day off even though I am regular customer of a North Jersey dealership away on vacation. They were even kind enough to provide transportation back to my home nearby in Naples. More

A seven month nightmare for my 16-year-old grandson Should’ve been a very happy time in January. I took my 16 year-old grandson, Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs and bought him a GLA 250. I pa grandson Should’ve been a very happy time in January. I took my 16 year-old grandson, Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs and bought him a GLA 250. I paid cash and he was thrilled. It was sent out with the temporary tag. Six months later. I still do not have a title for the car, I still do not have a license plate. I still have not had the registration mailed to me five or six times temporary tags have expired so that when he was driving, he was worried about doing so illegally. I have had dozens of phone calls and several dozen text back-and-forth with Anthony, the sales manager and now someone even higher up. Unbelievably terrible THEY REPORTED TO CARFAX THAT THE CAR HAS 75000 MILES ON IT! I have offered to walk away if they refund my money and take the car back at this point I’m reluctantly getting a lawyer More
