Awesome Experience I scheduled my S550 for service. The routine service was completely quickly, but there was a misunderstanding on dealing with some minor scratches. I scheduled my S550 for service. He wanted to make sure everything was going well. When I explained about the scratches, he quickly jumped in and got the issue fixed immediately! I was blown away. Frank is one of a kind.
