I live in Boca and looked at MB Bonita Springs, just an hour and a half west on the 75. It was no hassle, no haggle, no fuss from jump street! I felt like I was buying my wife's CLA from a friend of the family. From the first call, I felt like everyone int he dealership was there to help me. Steve Dimuzio was the salesperson who responded to my email 2 minutes after I sent it. Steve was incredible with his communication and working with us on the trade in of my BMW. When we went to pick up the car, Steve told me that in the final detailing of the car, the service department found a small chip in the windshield and the dealership would replace the windshield. The chip was so small that Steve had to point it out to me. I was impressed that the car would not be sold with that small defect.
