Great customer service! I recently drove 3 hours to pick up a vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. I was not able to come see the vehicle right away, however, throu I recently drove 3 hours to pick up a vehicle that I purchased from this dealership. I was not able to come see the vehicle right away, however, through phone conversations and text messages a deal was made and I was able to come and pick up my new vehicle a few days later. Henry Sugarman helped me the entire time and was extremely helpful and made the deal as smooth as possible. He was patient and worked with me even though I was not present and made sure that I would be happy with my purchase. Mr. Sugarman went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. When I arrived to get my vehicle, we were greeted by Mr. Sugarman as well as other staff members and every staff member that I encountered was courteous and extremely kind to myself and my family.
