I emailed him about my accident with some questions and even tho he is in sales and not colision he responded and was there to take care of me and answer any question I might have. Frank was there for me every step of the way! Him and Torrey Tammaro, my amazing service advisor, even contacted colision service for me for any updates ...Frank followed up with me via phone calls emails and text massages regularly ...the day i finally got my car back I went in to personaly thank him for everything and tell him how much I appreciate everything he had done, he amazed me once again!!
