Within minutes of speaking with him and confirming they still had the car, he sent me personally made videos of the entire vehicle (inside and out). He emailed me the car fax and all dealer information they had on the vehicle. He sent me a picture of a small section where the clear coat was peeled away on hood. One day later I got a video of the section all re done as if it was new. Put down deposit and booked my flight. Told them I would be driving vehicle back to NJ. Mr. Deluca had vehicle checked top to bottom for me and placed brand new run flat tires on vehicle. He even picked me up at the airport. Exceptional experience. First class all the way. More

What I did not expect was how amazing and I recently bought a GLE 2018 from the Bonita Springs Mercedes Benz Dealer. My buying experience was decent. What I did not expect was how amazing and how caring Bonita Springs Mercedes Benz really is. My family and I recently had a flat tire on a Sunday and the dealer is closed that day. I was kind of worried because I had no Idea what to do. I didn't know where to go or what kind of tire my GLE needed or anything. I called Frank DeLuca's (person who sold me the car) personal cell phone expecting him not to answer but to my surprise he did. I explained my situation and listened attentively. He made sure I was safe and out of danger. He calmed me down and explained what I needed to do. He made me feel like my situation was important to him even though we really didn't connect when he sold me the car. He made it clear that my family and I will always be fine in my GLE because of mbrace's road side assistance 24/7. He setup a tow truck via mbrace for me and had me in a loaner GLE first thing the next morning. I was expecting to pay a lot for a new tire. Frank was kind and caring enough to comp the tire. I was very impressed with Frank's concern for my family's welfare. If you are looking to get a Mercedes Benz let Frank DeLuca be your sales consultant.
