Mr. DeLuca even went the extra mile when he informed us that our Insurance adjuster had previously contacted him regarding the prior purchase, cost and packages. Excellent Service manager went out of his way ON THE PHONE, when I called for assistance; he tried to walk me through the problem with the computer panel before Service manager went out of his way ON THE PHONE, when I called for assistance; he tried to walk me through the problem with the computer panel before asking me to come to the dealership. When I went to dealership, he sat with me to try and resolve problem before we determined I needed to leave the car. My service rep, Shawn, set an appointment, got me a loaner car and stayed in touch to let me know the car would not be ready until the following day. When I went to pick it up, he was not satisfied with the wash (!) so sent it back to be re-cleaned. Overall great experience. More
