Wonderful customer service! I had problems with my GLK350 after hurricane Irma. I was very concerned because the check engine light was illuminated as well as the brake and anti-lock brake lights. Charles met me at the service bay and quickly assured me in the most informative way, that he would help me. I was allowed to use a loner while my care was being serviced. He kept me posted the whole time and when I did get my car back, it was perfect. I have been to other Mercedes dealerships and the new Bonita Springs facility is by far the most professional and customer service oriented. Thank you! More
