In the beginning I came in several times to learn about the car, the service people were always willing to teach me and Torrey always took time to say "Hi". Recently I brought my car in and they had to call Mercedes USA, due to an unusual computer code. Mercedes has to get the part from Germany. I would think after 1 year of all C300s they would have all parts in USA. I had a loaner from Graham. Everything was fine till it was keyed and I brought it in immediately. I had the police involved and did everything I could. Graham gave me an estimate of $500 to fix the keyed area. I wanted to know why I paid $1449 for scratch & dent insurance & I couldn't use it for this. I called Graham twice without a return phone call. It a Mercedes policy that I cannot use the scratch & dent policy. (So for Mercedes, I give you $1449 to invest and use, if the leased car comes back without a ding or dent, do I get my $1449 returned?) Graham said keep the car till I can get mine back. Torrey called said they had to order parts from Germany. My car was fine to drive till the parts arrived. I turned in the loaner and asked for the damage paperwork. It was way over estimate...oh, it was someone else's paperwork with my name & information on it. They took it back when I pointed it out. Mr. Ali tried to pull up my estimate...no one had looked at it yet, but Graham said it would be $500. There was no paperwork on the car. I understand, I assumed Graham had spoken to someone about the damage. Now it is at the dealership, I have no idea of the cost. If it is more than $500, I will inform my insurance company. Also I received a letter from Jeffrey Wolfson, who I called twice without a reply. I did get a call from Ken Lucas, salesman, did I want a new car? It was the current car I was driving, just brand new. He made all kinds of offers. I finally got him to stop. Here is my thought, why would I want the same car that we need to order parts from Germany? I love my C300, Torrey has been extremely helpful (please be sure that this goes in his file!) If I need service again I will be sure to bring it in to Torey, I will call Enterprise, for a rental.I don't want to deal with Graham again, and I am sure that he doesn't want to deal with me, but I do need an estimate and I am not expecting it to be over $500. As I write this, I just got a call from Peter, who works for Graham, my estimate, with the help of Torrey, did come in at $500. Even with Ken Lucas, as he was trying to make a deal on a new car, he said that they would drop the $500 charge. When my lease is up I am planning on getting another Mercedes. More

When we walked in we checked in and was immediately welcomed by Frank DeLuca who then walked us out to the car we wanted. From the time we walked in to the time we walked out Frank made our experience worth the wait and drive. He even wiped down our license plate for our new purchase. We are so happy to have bought an amazing car from an awesome dealer and dealership! Thanks 😁 More
Quality, service, and integrity, do exist in Bonita Springs! We moved to Florida in early 2017 and needed to replace our 2005 Mini Cooper S convertible (over 100,000 miles). Prior to visiting Mercedes Benz of B We moved to Florida in early 2017 and needed to replace our 2005 Mini Cooper S convertible (over 100,000 miles). Prior to visiting Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs, we visited another Mercedes-Benz dealer to the north. From the moment we stepped into the Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs showroom, we could tell Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs was different. Our salesman, Frank DeLuca, listened to what we wanted (a quality, pefrormance convertible, suitable for everyday use) then proceeded to show a 2017 Mercedes C43 AMG (the other dealer never showed, much less mentioned the C43 AMG). The other dealer, which will remain nameless, seemed more intent on moving a higher priced, less suitable, used vehicle out of their inventory than moving us into our perfect car. Once we decided which car we wanted to buy, we set about negotiating the price. Elsewhere, this is a tortuous, opaque process. At Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs, it was downright cilivlized and transparent. As a former law enforcement officer, I especially valued the clear communication and good faith displayed by Frank DeLuca and Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs. Joe Irpino handled the purchase paperwork. He outlined our options (available service plans and other vehicle protections) in a clear, understandable, no pressure way. When we left the dealership with our new 2017 C43, we were smiling, relaxed, and confident with our choices. We are still smiling. Two months later, we decided to replace our 2006 Honda Odyssey (over 220,000 miles). Guess where we went? Yep, Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs. Frank DeLuca proved a perfect matchmaker yet again; we are now loving a 2017 GLC 300 (check out its stellar Consumer Reports ratings) in addition to our 2017 Mercedes C43 AMG cabriolet. If you want a quality car AND quality car buying experience, go to Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs and ask for Frank DeLuca. We live in Cape Coral, Florida, and won't go anywhere else. More
