I recently was in the market for a S580. I was on the fence as to whether I wanted a used 2022 or a new 2023. I had perused every car website known to man, and I even visited other Mercedes dealerships so that I knew what I was talking about regarding fair market prices/availability/mileage etc. My experience at the Bonita Springs location with my sales rep Douglas Siegel was excellent. He is direct, professional, and helpful. He responds in a timely manner via email, text or phone calls. He even followed up as well to make sure that I was satisfied. Additionally, this location has a super infrastructure so you never get pushed to some creepy sales guru manager or a finance fast talker. I had a positive experience from beginning to end! I'm very impressed with Douglas Siegel, and I would absolutely recommend his services! If you want to deal with an honest person that answers you directly and has the infrastructure to execute without being in a car dealership for crazy timeframes, this location with Douglas will yield a very positive end result.
