This is my second MB car purchase at MB Bonita and I will not change it for anywhere else. Renee is absolutely extremely professional from the beginning to the end. Even though we bought a used car, their delivery process is exactly the same for brand-new car I couldn't believe how all processes went so smoothly. The dealer is really professional, they do not give you any sales pressure. The process was stress-free and pleasant, I was in and out in 1 hour only. I highly recommend this dealership. And about Mr. Anthony Demosthenis, he was unbelievable. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Definitely a problem solver! I saw the car on the website and sent them a request for additional information and pictures. And the time was around 10 pm. He replied in 5 minutes and gave me additional information. Early morning he captured a couple of videos for us, sent detailed pictures, and took care of cosmetic imperfections. And when we arrived at the dealer, the car was ready to leave with us. We will definitely. work with them in the future again. Totally perfect customer experience! More
